Manos was an extremely supportive host. He picked me up from the airport after a night flight and dropped me back when I left. He text to ensure everthing was ok and was very helpful. One night he even took me to a fun bar/ restaurant with magnificent views over Athens and the Acropolis. The apartment is very large and liveable. I was there for 2 x weeks and everything was wonderful. A short Uber from the sites of Athens. I highly recommend this apartment.

You can easily reach the Acropolis by taking the direct metro, or by taxi for 4€. On the last day, Manos took me on a tour of Athens on his scooter, and we strolled around and took photos.

Manos kindly met me at the metro station arriving from the airport, helped me with my luggage, and orientated me to the neighbourhood. Hosts Manos and Lia live next door, and readily popped round when I had a question about the wifi. They were friendly but non-intrusive.

Everything in the flat is as described in the listing, with a retro charm. I arrived to unseasonably cold weather but the flat was toasty and warm thanks to the aircon heater. Solar-heated water is on demand, but make sure you understand how to use the black button to boost the hot water if needed on a cloudy day.
Enjoyed my stay and will return!
